Job Description
Job title: Appium Mobile Automation Tester
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Appium Mobile Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for mobile applications using Appium. The Appium Mobile Automation Tester will work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality, reliable software.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and develop automated test scripts for mobile applications using Appium
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify bugs and issues
- Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve software defects
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability
- Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in mobile automation testing
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience: 5+ years total experience 3 years in Appium
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with mobile testing frameworks such as XCTest, Espresso, or UI Automator
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 5+ Years Experience
