Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Software Engineers with over 5 years of experience to join our team in Agra. This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role, requiring immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in [mention required tech stack, e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.]
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Expertise in API development (RESTful/GraphQL) and integration.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading projects or mentoring junior developers.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Employment Type:

• Contract-to-Hire (C2H) with a monthly bill rate of INR 1.3 Lakh.
