WeeTech Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for talented Android / Flutter Developers who are passionate about building high-quality mobile applications. Whether you specialize in Android (Java/Kotlin), Flutter (Dart), or both, we encourage you to apply.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing mobile applications while collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and maintain Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or Flutter (Dart) applications.
✅ Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into functional, high-performance mobile applications.
✅ Ensure applications meet quality standards, are responsive, and optimized for performance.
✅ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
✅ Implement RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to backend services.
✅ Collaborate with the team to improve code quality, implement best practices, and optimize development workflows.
✅ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile app development, libraries, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For Android Developers:

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Java/Kotlin, and handling multiple screen sizes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, UI design principles, and Google’s Android guidelines.
• Familiarity with offline storage, performance tuning, and push notifications.
• Understanding of Git version control and CI/CD practices.

For Flutter Developers:

• Proficiency in Flutter (Dart) and experience building cross-platform applications.
• Understanding of state management patterns (e.g., GetX, Provider, BLoC).
• Familiarity with Material Design, UI/UX principles, and responsive layouts.
• Knowledge of Firebase, API integration, and cloud services.

Preferred Skills (Bonus but Not Mandatory):

✅ Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
✅ Knowledge of database management (SQLite, Firebase Firestore, or PostgreSQL).
✅ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
✅ Ability to work with third-party libraries and integrations.
