Role Overview:

As an Android/Flutter Developer at Ekvayu.com, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of mobile app development projects that cater to both native Android and cross-platform needs using Flutter. You will be responsible for writing clean, scalable, and high-performance code, building intuitive user interfaces, and optimizing app performance across multiple devices. This role also involves collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure we deliver top-tier apps that meet business and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile App Development:

o Develop, test, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin or Java.

o Build high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both Android and iOS.

o Work with APIs and integrate third-party services into mobile apps.

UI/UX Implementation:

o Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring designs to life and ensure a smooth user experience across Android and iOS.

o Create responsive and adaptive layouts using Flutter and Android native UI components.

Code Quality & Performance:

o Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

o Optimize mobile apps for maximum speed and scalability.

o Conduct thorough testing (unit tests, integration tests, UI tests) and troubleshoot issues related to performance, bugs, or crashes.

Collaboration & Agile Development:

o Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews.

o Collaborate effectively with other developers, product managers, and designers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

o Keep up to date with the latest trends in Android and Flutter development, tools, and technologies.

o Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and development tools to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Android Development:

o Strong experience in Kotlin or Java for Android app development.

o Proficient in Android SDK, APIs, and native Android development practices (e.g., MVVM, Room, Retrofit, LiveData).

o Familiar with Android's architecture components and libraries.

Flutter Development:

o Solid experience with the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

o Knowledge of Flutter widgets, state management (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod), and app lifecycle.

o Experience in developing apps that run on both Android and iOS using Flutter.

Mobile Development Best Practices:

o Familiar with version control tools like Git.

o Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services (e.g., Firebase, OAuth).

o Strong understanding of app performance tuning, memory management, and troubleshooting.

Problem Solving & Debugging:

o Excellent debugging skills for both Android and Flutter applications.

o Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize apps for smoother user experiences.

Communication & Teamwork:

o Strong verbal and written communication skills.

o Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, cross-functional team.

Education :

Bachelor,s Degree in Computer Science

Experience: 1-2 Years

Pay: Up to ?1,200,000.00 per year
