Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to help us build and maintain our Local Star app. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for working with our development team to create, update, and enhance the app to ensure its functionality, performance, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience and address any issues related to app maintenance and updates.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications for the Local Star app.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Kotlin (preferred) or Java.

Collaborate with the design and product teams to implement app features and improve user experience.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure smooth functionality.

Maintain and update existing app features to ensure compatibility with new Android versions and devices.

Work closely with QA to identify and resolve bugs or performance issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Android development and propose innovative solutions for improving the app.

Requirements :

Proven experience in Android development with a strong understanding of Android Studio.

Proficiency in Kotlin (preferred) or Java for Android development.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Strong knowledge of Android SDK, UI/UX design principles, and mobile app performance optimization.

Ability to maintain and update existing applications and ensure continuous improvements.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

Preferred :

Experience with Jetpack libraries and Firebase.

Experience maintaining and updating existing apps.

Strong experience in Android Studio.

Ability to work with both Kotlin (preferred) or Java for app development.

Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
