Android Developer

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Android Developer with expertise in Java and Flutter to develop innovative fintech applications and MLM software. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mobile app development, particularly in payment systems such as AEPS, DMT, BBPS, Recharge, and multi-level marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java and Flutter frameworks.
• Build and optimize fintech applications, including AEPS, DMT, BBPS, and Recharge systems.
• Develop MLM mobile applications with features like:
• User onboarding and management.
• Genealogy and commission structures.
• Wallet and payout functionalities.
• Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs for payment gateways and fintech services.
• Ensure app compatibility with various devices, screen sizes, and Android versions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly.
• Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize app performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development tools, trends, and practices.

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java and Flutter for Android development.
• Experience with Android SDK, APIs, and tools.
• In-depth understanding of fintech application development, including AEPS, DMT, BBPS, and Recharge systems.
• Familiarity with MLM application development:
• Genealogy structures.
• Wallet and commission calculations.
• Payout and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Proficient in version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of mobile security best practices and data encryption techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and push notifications (e.g., Firebase).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with cross-platform development using Flutter and Dart.
• Knowledge of fintech compliance and security protocols.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Prior experience in high-transaction systems or fintech startups.
