Android Application Developer

Overview

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Android Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our mobile team. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Kotlin, Java, XML, and Jetpack Compose, with a focus on building modern, scalable, and high-performance Android applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Java, XML, and Jetpack Compose
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend to deliver seamless user experiences
• Build dynamic and adaptive UI using both traditional XML and modern Compose-based approaches
• Ensure app performance, reliability, and responsiveness through continuous testing and optimization
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and platform-specific services (Firebase, Analytics, etc.)
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high-quality codebase
• Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in Android development

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Android development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose
• Experience building UI with XML and migrating features to Compose
• Familiarity with Android architecture components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room)
• Good understanding of app lifecycle, background tasks, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Experience with debugging, crash reporting, and analytics tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
