Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Assist in data validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data sets.
- Work closely with different departments to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify key insights and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Support in automating data collection and reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis based on data insights.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data storage and retrieval processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and data analysis Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Python/R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to present findings effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Experience in working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Google BigQuery, or Azure).
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
