AI/Machine Learning Engineer (or AI/ML Developer)

Overview

Roles and Responsibilities:

Core AI/ML Development:

• Model Development & Deployment: Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for specific HR functions (onboarding, payroll, attendance, project management). This includes:
• Data collection and preprocessing.
• Feature engineering.
• Model selection (e.g., NLP, computer vision, regression, classification).
• Model training and evaluation.
• Model deployment and integration into the MERN stack.
• API Integration: Integrate with existing AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI/ML) as needed for specific functionalities. This involves:
• Understanding API documentation.
• Making API calls from the Node.js backend.
• Handling API responses and errors.
• Data Management: Work closely with the team to ensure data quality, availability, and security for AI model training and operation. This might involve:
• Data cleaning and transformation.
• Database interaction (MongoDB).
• Implementing data pipelines.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the performance of deployed AI models, identify areas for improvement, and retrain models as necessary to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Research & Exploration: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and explore new techniques and tools that can enhance the product.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the MERN stack developers to integrate AI features seamlessly into the frontend and backend.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for AI models, APIs, and integration processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
