Overview
At Reflolabs, we're flipping the script on returns that turns costly headaches into real business wins. Our AI cuts through quality inspections fast, untangles messy supply chains, and handles the complex stuff nobody wants to do manually. Backed by top Silicon Valley investors and led by an experienced team from IIT Kharagpur with backgrounds at Meta and global supply chains like Walmart, and Procter & Gamble, we're solving a massive problem that remains unsolved.
Role: AI Engineer / Researcher
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer / Researcher with deep expertise in multi-modal models, web automation, and agent-based architectures. This is a research-engineering hybrid role where you'll take ideas from research to product people use. You'll research, implement, finetune, deploy, and optimize models while creating intelligent agents that transform supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, implement, and fine-tune multi-modal models for classification, reasoning, and grounding tasks within supply chain contexts.
- Build AI agents that can perform browser-based tasks like form-filling, navigation, and data extraction using vision and reasoning.
- Design and deploy training pipelines, evaluation loops, and inference stacks on cloud infra.
- Optimize model performance with a focus on reducing latency and improving inference speed for production environments.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in computer vision, multi-modal models, or agent-based architectures.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc).
- Experience in browser automation (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or HumanLoop-style agents).
- Exposure to MLOps tools: MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC, AWS SageMaker/Azure ML, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Research mindset with ability to read papers, experiment, and implement quickly.
- Strong software engineering background with Python proficiency, including experience with modern Python practices, libraries, and tooling.
- Top-tier research capabilities demonstrated through either academic publications, successful industry projects, or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an early-stage startup environment.
- Self-directed and proactive approach to technical challenges with strong communication skills.
What We Offer
- Hybrid work environment with ownership from day one.
- Competitive compensation and equity opportunities for core team members.
- Opportunity to publish and present your research at leading global conferences.
- Direct access to a network of Silicon Valley researchers, mentors, and investors.
- Rapid research-to-product cycles—build solutions with real-world impact and see your work transform global supply chains.
