AI Engineer (Male)

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with 1–2 years (male) of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of ML algorithms, NLP techniques, DL frameworks, and Computer Vision, along with a strong understanding of modern tools like Langchain, Ollama, and RAG architecture. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI applications, contribute to real-time system design, and collaborate with a team of talented engineers and researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models in production.

● Implement NLP pipelines including text preprocessing, tokenization, and sentiment analysis.

● Develop and optimize CNNs and RNNs/LSTMs for computer vision and time-series applications.

● Work on generative AI models including GANs, transformers, and LLMs.

● Conduct hyperparameter tuning and performance optimization.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

● Prepare technical documentation and research reports.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

● Proficiency in Python, along with NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

● Understanding of ML techniques: supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. ● Strong grasp of bias-variance tradeoff, overfitting, bagging vs boosting, and feature scaling.

● Experience with CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, transfer learning, dropout, and batch normalization. ● Knowledge of NLP workflows, tokenization, stop words handling, and text classification. ● Exposure to Computer Vision: image classification, object detection, filters/kernels, face recognition.

● Hands-on experience or knowledge of tools such as MediaPipe, Langchain, RAG, Ollama, and Prompt Engineering.

● Experience using Git and issue-tracking tools like JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:

● B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

● Experience with cloud-based AI/ML deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Familiarity with vector databases and face embedding techniques.

● Understanding of Generative AI, LLM hallucinations, and Agentic AI concepts.
