What You'll Do

• Model Development: Design, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for personalized learning, assessments, and student support.
• Product Integration: Build intelligent systems (LLMs, recommendation engines, tutoring agents) that integrate seamlessly into our learning platform
• Research and Experimentation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, and rapidly prototype new approaches (few-shot learning, retrieval-augmented generation, multimodal AI, etc.).
• Infrastructure: Help design scalable AI architectures, pipelines, and tooling to ensure reliability, efficiency, and privacy.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with designers, educators, and engineers to bring ideas to life.
• Impact Measurement: Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve our models and products.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Technical Excellence:
• Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and/or natural language processing (NLP/LLMs).
• Solid Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
• Comfortable working with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) and building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Builder Mentality: You are excited to prototype, iterate fast, and ship.
• Curiosity and Learning: Passionate about education, AI, and how technology can empower humans.
• Startup Spirit: You are comfortable with ambiguity, love wearing multiple hats, and want to be part of a mission-driven team.
• Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows
• Interest or background in education, coaching, or human learning
