Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a focus on developing and optimizing AI-powered solutions. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven systems, including AI chatbots and OpenAI-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to solve complex business problems.
• Build and optimize AI chatbots using frameworks such as OpenAI, GPT, and other NLP technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct research to identify and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques.
• Fine-tune pre-trained AI models for specific use cases and performance optimization.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop APIs and scalable architectures for AI applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in OpenAI technologies, including GPT and related frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience in building and deploying AI chatbots and conversational agents.
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques, text processing, and sentiment analysis.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
