Job Summary:

We are looking for an AI Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, along with experience in cloud computing, model deployment, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for various business applications.
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning and machine learning models.
• Deploy models into production using Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI model deployment.
• Implement MLOps best practices for scalable and automated model management.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and research in AI, ML, and deep learning.
• Debug and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Ensure AI models comply with ethical guidelines and bias mitigation techniques.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or time series forecasting.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow Serving).
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services for AI model deployment.
• Proficiency in Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Graph Neural Networks, Generative AI (LLMs), or AutoML.
• Knowledge of Edge AI, IoT, or embedded AI solutions.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research papers.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
