Job Title : AI Engineer

• Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on generative AI solutions for a wide range of use cases, including text, image, audio, and video generation.

• Create and deploy models leveraging cloud AI services such as Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI Services (e.g., SageMaker, Lex, Rekognition), or Google Cloud AI APIs (e.g., Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Vision AI) or Azure OpenAI Service or AWS Bedrock, or GCP’s Generative AI Studio
• ?Build scalable AI/ML pipelines using Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI, ensuring seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructures.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native AI/ML models with best practices for security, cost optimization, and performance across Azure or AWS or GCP.
• ?Train, fine-tune, and optimize generative models using both structured and unstructured data, focusing on improving accuracy, efficiency, and interpretability.
• Implement continuous model monitoring, A/B testing, and iterative improvements to ensure model reliability and effectiveness over time.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines, ensuring effective data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation for model training on cloud platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML, particularly in generative AI (e.g., GPT, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion), and explore new techniques to enhance AI capabilities within the organization.
• Experiment with novel approaches to generative AI applications, including prompt engineering, model interpretability, and multimodal AI solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI solutions from the respective cloud marketplaces to enhance model capabilities.
• Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of AI initiatives and their impact.

Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data science, computer engineering, or relevant field

Experience - skills and Competencies

• At least 5+ years of experience in formulating and strategizing AI solutions
• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence applications (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or pattern recognition).
• Experience working with programming language (e.g. Python), applied machine learning techniques, and using OSS frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Porch).
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices, Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling AI solutions
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to integrate AI systems into existing product environments seamlessly
• Experience training and fine-tuning models in large-scale environments (e.g., image, language, recommendation) with accelerators.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders
