Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of fundamental concepts in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying various traditional ML models (e.g., linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, support vector machines, clustering algorithms).
- Experience working with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Generative AI models and techniques, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), GANs, and VAEs.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python.
- Experience with data processing and manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with specific GenAI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Knowledge of NLP techniques (e.g., text preprocessing, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition).
- Experience with computer vision tasks and models.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Understanding of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
