Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence models that drive business innovation. You will work with large datasets, implement machine learning algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable AI solutions. Your expertise in statistical modeling, deep learning, and data engineering will be essential in improving decision-making processes and enhancing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and other AI applications.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive AI-driven solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business challenges that can be addressed using AI and data science.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
• Deploy AI models into production environments and ensure their performance and scalability.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and advancements to bring innovative solutions to the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or AI/ML Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Julia, along with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and/or computer vision.
• Experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, Pandas, and Spark.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Apache Spark, or Databricks.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and generative AI models.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML deployment.
