Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Coach to join our dynamic team and drive our organization towards higher levels of effectiveness. Reporting into the Head of Portfolio as an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in creating and enhancing agile processes across multiple teams and throughout the wider organization.
Your expertise will be pivotal in transitioning our existing methods of operation and guiding us towards the full adoption of agile principles, facilitating the cultural shifts necessary for sustained success. What you will do
- Creates and nurtures our agile Centre of excellence
- Spreads agile principles,best practice and standards between different teams and throughout the organisation
- Collates and shares our agile knowledge repository working with the internal and external community
- Leads agile workshops for development and operational teams, as well as for key stakeholders
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and assigning responsibility
- Analyses our organisations existing agile capability, implements measurable improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies
- Facilitates learning and development among our people through individual and team coaching. Sets action plans for focused continuous improvement
- Coaches senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down, helping set up the environment in which our culture can flourish
Qualifications
- In depth understanding of the product lifecycle and delivery of business outcomes
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application in digital transformation contexts.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to embrace Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and driving cultural transformation towards Agile mindset and principles.
- Experience of working in a Gaming organization, familiar with Risk Control Frameworks and the Regulatory Regime the gaming and betting operates in
