You will become an integral part of a team within Project Management department. In the role of a Data Scientist, your primary focus will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders to analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making and drive business insights. You will be responsible for building and deploying innovative, efficient and robust machine learning models, algorithms and data pipelines to streamline operations, enhance system performance and deliver actionable insights that empower project teams with data-driven solutions.
Additionally, you will work on developing and optimizing AI agents to automate key processes, improve operational efficiency and deliver real-time solutions across various business functions. This will involve training and fine-tuning intelligent models to simulate human decision-making, enabling more effective and scalable automation within our systems.

How you might spend your days

As a Data Scientist you’ll be working with innovative, multi-disciplinary teams which includes a group of colleagues from same or different disciplines.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, Scala or C++) is a plus.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering and recommendation systems.
Experience in building, training and deploying machine learning models using libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch or XGBoost.
Familiarity with deep learning techniques and natural language processing (NLP).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying models and handling large-scale data storage and processing.
Ability to apply statistical methods to real-world data challenges and draw actionable conclusions.
Experience in developing and deploying AI agents or autonomous systems for automating decision-making and operations.

The miles you’ve walked

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
You have a bachelor’s degree within IT, economics, engineering, computer science statistics or similar
You have minimum 2 years of experience
Experience from a consultancy or contractor /Data Management company
1-2 years of experience from working in a matrix organization, e.g. from the consultancy business or another project-oriented environment
Experience in communicating complex data to decision makers
Solid experience in working with data, including extracting, transform and analyzing data and identifying trends and forecast preferably utilizing tools like
You speak and write technical English fluently
