Job Description
As an Advance Scrum Master you need to help in building great teams in the organization. Help teams in facilitating the scrum events, unblock the issues team is facing, motivate the teams and escalate the issues on timely manner. Work with different stack holders and provide the progress. Set all communication channels across teams and stakeholders. Meteor the team in various scrum practices and improve the efficiency of the team.

Job Description
As an Advance Scrum Master you need to help in building great teams in the organization. Work with different stack holders and provide the progress. Set all communication channels across teams and stakeholders. Meteor the team in various scrum practices and improve the efficiency of the team.
As a scrum master in the Digital wealth engineering org, you will primarily be involved in the below areas:
- Manages 2/3 Teams which are well settled
- Conducts Scrum Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Retros, Sprint Demo etc
- Coordinate and support dependency management across other scrum teams on the Agile Release Train in flight
- Be an advocate and champion of the principles of agile and scrum within the team. Fostering an environment of continuous improvement, close cooperation across teams and self-organization.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint – i.e. build quality into the team execution
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Work with product owners to manage the scrum team’s backlog and any new requests
- Work with the teams to plan their capacity and to understand their velocity and how it needs to be taken into consideration for downstream iterations
- Assist the teams in preparation for quarterly program increment planning and support the teams in agreeing their iteration objectives
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Coach team members in the intelliflo Agile framework, in self-management, cross-functional development, best practices and embedding scrum values
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the functionality they build to support the product
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders)
- Measure and optimize the workflow of the teams
- Outstanding organizational skills (Manage & Own different Org initiatives Streams)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Ability to teach, mentor and coach team members and product owner
- Come up with various process frameworks/dashboards, tools & techniques for org maturity assessment
The Experience You Bring
- Strong in scrum/Safe fundamentals.
- Can understand and empathize the issues team is facing.
- Ability to stand for the team and escalate the blockers until it is resolved.
- Reflect the team’s behavior and help them to improve.
- Excellent, precise communication skills, being able to clearly identify problems at hand and with explanations to be provided.
- Being able to stay on top of the big picture and view interconnectivity of tasks and solutions.
- Ability to develop trust with various internal and external facing teams and clients.
- Maintain a broad understanding of our systems, customers and business goals.
- Ability to drive & influence items in a matrix org setup
- 8+ years of overall experience.
- 5+ years experience as a scrum master.
- Worked as BA or Senior software engineer or QA or other allied technical roles.
- Kanban / Agile project management expertise
- Financial domain expertise, particularly, familiarity with US financial markets. Familiarity with US financial planning / wealth management is a big plus.
