Role Description

As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web and desktop applications using the .NET framework.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize software solutions that meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with .NET technologies, SQL Server, and MySQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP. NET, MVC, Web API).
• Design and implement database schemas, stored procedures, and queries for both SQL Server and MySQL.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while ensuring the security and performance of applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to define software requirements and technical specifications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, provide solutions, and perform unit testing.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Work with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.) and manage code repositories.
• Ensure the software is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in .NET development and relevant technologies.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
• Strong experience in SQL Server and MySQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful web services and API integrations.
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
