What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user interface components.
• Partner with UX designers and leads to gather complete requirements and translate them into well-defined designs.
• Identify reusable components and maintain a comprehensive component library to minimize duplication.
• Transform designs and wireframes into high-quality, performance-focused code that adheres to best practices for readability and reusability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks to optimize system functionality.
• Actively engage in scrum team activities, contributing to agile workflows.
• Quickly adapt to new tools, languages, design patterns, and libraries, seamlessly integrating them into ongoing projects.
• Engineer solutions across the persistence layer (SQL), middle tier (REST WebAPI/Microservices), .NET Core, C#, and front end (JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS), incorporating thoughtful design patterns for non-functional requirements.
• Interpret business requirements and convert them into technical stories ready for development.
• Uphold high-quality standards within the team by following and promoting best practices.
• Balance new development and maintenance work, including addressing Tier-3 issues when necessary.

Who You Are:

You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:

• Between 4 to 8 years of overall software development experience, complemented by 3 to 4 years of demonstrated experience in UI development with React JS/Redux, React Hooks, React Toolkit, and React-Native (including integrated native components).
• Strong understanding of functional and object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Proficient in design philosophies and principles such as OOP, SOLID, and REST.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely with product owners and PMs to meet client expectations and adhere to project schedules.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+, TypeScript, and DOM manipulation.
• Experience with common frontend tools like Webpack, NPM, and Babel.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with .NET, .NET Core, C#, API design and development, and RESTful services.
• Strong skills in SQL Server, including writing complex stored procedures and functions.
• Detailed experience with coding and troubleshooting using HTML5, CSS3, and comparable languages.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, API integration, and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA is a plus.
• You’ll stand out if you have:
  • Strong skills in multi-threading.
  • Experience with MSMQ and Kafka.
  • Knowledge in the IoT domain.
  • Experience with AWS.
